Data Deletion Instructions

CollabCircle stores social platform data only for as long as you keep a platform connected and your account active. You can remove that data at any time using either method below.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single platform (immediate)

• Sign in at collabcircle.in/auth.
• Open your profile page and find the Connected platforms section.
• Click Disconnect next to YouTube or Facebook.
• This immediately deletes the stored access and refresh tokens and all cached metrics (followers, reach, views, likes, comments) we obtained from that platform, and removes that platform from your engagement score.

You can also revoke access from the platform itself — Facebook via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, and Google/YouTube via Google Account permissions.

Option 2 — Delete your CollabCircle account and all data

• Email privacy@collabcircle.in from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
• We verify the request, then permanently delete your profile, connected platform tokens, cached platform metrics, scores, campaign applications and messages.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it is done. We retain data beyond this only where the law requires it.

What is deleted

• OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted with AES-256-GCM).
• Cached platform data: account/channel ID, handle or title, profile picture, follower and subscriber counts, media lists and per-media insights.
• Derived engagement and influence scores and their history.
• Profile, campaign applications, shortlist entries, messages and notifications.
